Making the most of every minute of every day has always been my philosophy.  As a former varsity sports coach and teacher and later as president of my own interior design firm, I have always melded my interests in helping others with a strong educational component.  I am a runner, an exercise addict and a passionate volunteer and as my energy is never in short supply, I am particularly driven by accomplishing important things for others.  By the way, I am also a proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother!

I am a member of the American Association of Interior Designers.  Joining Laura McCarthy Realtors fulfills my combined passions of counseling people and decorating beautiful surroundings.  Although I continue to operate CBL Designs, I find that I can offer my home buyers and sellers a unique opportunity by dispensing advice on all of the aesthetic aspects of marketing their homes while facilitating the transaction.

My Most Valued Experiences

In 2010 I traveled to Haiti and spent one week assisting the earthquake survivors. The amputees were in need of physical therapy to prepare them for when they would receive their prothesis.  Each May, and this will be my eighteenth trip, I travel for one week on a pilgrimage to Lourdes, France to tend the sick who are brought to Lourdes for healing.
