ABOUT US:
Sue and Katie McLaughlin are experienced and productive realtors. Since 1985, Sue has honed her skills as a realtor, and for ten years even operated her own company: McLaughlin Real Estate.
Katie joined her mother in 2001, and the two have harnessed a winning set of skills to help their clients succeed. The McLaughlins represent both buyers and sellers, ensuring they are always up-to-date on the market. They strive to stay ahead of situations and handle each client interaction with an efficiency guaranteed to bring results.
Neither one actually started out as realtors. Sue graduated from Washington University, and Katie graduated from St. Louis University. However, a series of events lead to the real estate business, where they remain top producers.
The mother-daughter duo holds numerous relocation designations, and Sue has her broker, CRS, and GRI designations. Both are genuinely interested in people. They are good listeners, and strive constantly to have totally satisfied clients - all absolute requirements for realtors.
