Growing up in Connecticut, I began my sales career working for Novartis Pharmaceuticals covering the New England territory. My husband and I moved frequently including an amazing stint in Shanghai, China while raising our three children. I embrace discovering new communities and appreciate the unique qualities of people and cultural experiences. Living in St. Louis, I've been impressed with the warmth, diversity and resilience of this very special city.
My mission starts with the development of an individual marketing plan that utilizes all the statistical and research tools available at Laura McCarthy. Although as a realtor, I have unique insights into the St. Louis real estate market, it in important for me to listen closely to the homeowner's wishes as we work as a team. Creating the best experience for my clients during such an important time is my highest priority.
I actively volunteer for several remarkable St. Louis organizations; The Little Bit Foundation, The International Institute, and The Catholic Student Center at Washington University. Having moved over 7 times, one international move, I believe in the rewards of homeownership and bringing family and community together.
Mary writes... I found Jamie to be very kind, helpful and professional. Selling my house was quicker and easier than I expected! Jamie answered lots of questions, and advised me without pressuring me. She helped me with preparing my house for sale, recommending which repairs to make but respecting my wishes and limits. She was able to recommend companies who do specialized work and even met with repairmen for estimates.
I was grateful that I could choose to have an open house or not and I especially appreciate Jamie's help with the description of the house for the listing. She was always available for phone calls and emails. After the house sold (in on day!) she was with me through evaluating the offers and the closing process. She went beyond the normal expectations of a realtor, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
